Teaching Approach:
I specialize in teaching at intermediate and advanced levels for junior high, high school, college, and adult students. In lessons I focus on musical interpretation, expression, technical strengthening, wide repertoire, and performance skills. My goals for students include a clear understanding of the composer’s musical style in each work, and a love for the piano literature. As needed, I assist students for recitals and auditions.
Background:

Mount Holyoke College piano faculty and private teacher. B.Mus in Piano Performance from Oberlin College Conservatory, Master’s degree from The Juilliard School.
